The Utah Pride Festival will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah, June 4-6, 2010. Come join a great group of volunteers to make Utah Pride the premiere GLBT event in the West! Whatever your skill, we are looking for committed individuals to take care of various aspects of putting on the festival!
To volunteer with the Utah Pride Festival, you must complete the online application and provide all required information. It will not be shared with anyone or any other organization. It will only be used for Utah Pride Center's purposes.
Festival Volunteer Leadership Positions
Festival Leadership Positions: We are currently seeking volunteers to assist in a number of leadership roles which are instrumental in coordinating all aspects of the Utah Pride Festival, including food, logistics, entertainment, and more. Applicants should have previous volunteer and management or logistical experience. Leadership positions require the attendance of two Wednesday evenings a month starting in March and full-time participation during the festival. This is a good way to make new friends and a great opportunity to get hands-on festival coordinating experience!

Pre-Pride Marketing Distribution Team: Distribute posters and brochures along the Wasatch Front at various locations.
Festival Set-Up: Setting up tables, chairs, signage, decorations & etc.
Festival Hours - Saturday & Sunday: Serve onsite at the Utah Pride Festival assisting with assigned tasks, including:
- Ticket / Gates Team
- Beverage Team*
- Green/Clean Team
- Hydration Stations
- Other: Entertainment / Finance / March / Rally / Grand Marshall / VIP / Volunteers
* All Beverage Team volunteers must be 21 years of age or older. Bartending, serving, or festival beer experience is preferred.
Festival Strike-Down: Strike-down tables, chairs, signage, decorations & etc.
Post-Pride Celebration Hospitality Team: Food preparation / service / cleaning
